redk Customer Day 2022

In today’s fast-paced digital world, sometimes it’s important to slow down, get together and make in-person professional connections. We here at redk know that successful businesses make sure it’s all about the customer.  

To that end, on March 4, 2022, we combined networking, presentations, workshops and guest speakers for our redk Customer Day 2022. The event took place at Sea Containers London, a remarkable riverside hotel that resembles a 1920s cruise liner which sits on the banks of the River Thames. Their art-deco inspired studios were the ideal spot for our partners, colleagues and customers to gather.

The Schedule

We started the day with welcome drinks and networking with teams we hadn’t managed to see for a few years. It was great to see our partners and customers together, and overhear some of the future-forward conversations they were having. We then gathered to hear from our special guest speaker, competitive rower Alex Gregory.  

Alex, two-time Olympic Gold Medallist, five-time world champion, and Guinness Book of World Records holding explorer, joined the redk Customer Day 2022 event as our motivational speaker. He speaks to organisations to help them develop high-performance teams that stand out from the competition and surpass their objectives.  

As an athlete who’s been through extreme highs and lows throughout his career, his keynote presentation offered advice on how to push through the difficult times and set your mindset to focus on the positive.  

Alex touched on finding motivation, performing under pressure, what it means to be a leader, how to maintain consistency, and balancing the personal and professional parts of life.  

Following Alex’s inspiring talk, we moved on to the lunch hour that included table-side entertainment from magician Guy Park 

redk Insights and Keynote Presentations

At redk, we work closely with Forrester and our elite partners to bring our customers the best tools on the market for their organisation’s specific needs. Our keynote presentation delivered by CRM/CX Strategist and CMO of redk, Hideki Hashimura, started with Forrester’s predictions and insights on the future of CX and CRM for 2022 and beyond. 

Next, Mindsay’s CEO Guillaume Laporte joined us on the stage to discuss how to innovate the customer experience with the power of artificial intelligence. According to predictions, the next wave of AI will see a 20% increase in real-time systems. Our blog post on The Future of AI breaks down a few of the points touched on during the redk Customer Day 2022 presentation. 

The future is digital, and we’re ready. 

To close the presentations, Hideki laid out our redk Digital Services Roadmap to help our event attendees see a clear path of where transformation is headed and how we can help.
