redk is looking for an Account Executive for monday.com with Portuguese to join our Spain sales team.

The ideal candidate is a person who is passionate about working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company sizes.

To be successful in this role, you will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated, problem-solving and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

What you will do…

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure working with Project Leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate new business through previous client relationships, prospecting activity, social media and professional networking.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Be an expert on the platform monday.com with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Provide input on how to increase the effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Develop relationships with industry influencers and organisations within assigned region.
  • Cultivate partnerships and alignment with other industry related partners.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough customer records in our company CRM.

Knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Portuguese as first or second language.
  • Minimum 2 years of referenceable experience working in B2B sales teams, preferably in technology or related field.
  • Ability to achieve agreed key performance indicators and quotas.
  • Comfortable working with a delocalised team.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Experience with a first-class CRM platform.
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
