Zendesk Project Lead

redk is looking for a Project Lead to join our Spanish team.

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of key customer projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarising progress of projects. You will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and coordinate with internal colleagues and external providers to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and fulfil agreed requirements. If you have at least 4 years of experience in project management or a related field, and excellent communication and project management skills, then this position is for you!

What you will do

  • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
  • Actively seek, identify and promote value-add opportunities with our customers.
  • Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices. Recognise commercial opportunities and own the end to end Sales Through Service customer experience.

This is a varied and demanding role requiring excellent communication and project management skills, a high degree of attention to detail as well as the ability to appreciate and take into account a wider view of redk’s priorities. Able to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objectives, the Project Lead has the interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross – functional environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience of working autonomously in a fast-paced technology company.
  • Excellent experience in Project Management Methodologies within a tech environment, Agile, SCRUM, etc.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
  • Builds and maintains relationships by engaging customers and stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close.
  • Experience with a first-class technology such as Zendesk.
  • A good level of English is a must.

Business Analyst for Salesforce

The Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services for and on behalf of redk. The focus of this position is to work closely with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of customers’ business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.

Working alongside other Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, Developers and Project Leads, the Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with the relevant customer’s stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting Project Leads on larger more complex projects.

A sales-oriented mindset is required in order to identify upsell opportunities and work alongside project and sales colleagues to convert detected opportunities.

Main Duties

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results
  • Stay up to date with customer needs and strategies; communicating updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences including non-technical audiences.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships; Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure solutions provided meet the long-term business strategies
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; identifying improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organisational changes and new responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process ; Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
  • Prioritise activities with other team’s members in order to achieve team and company goals.

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Experience working in process implementation over Information Systems, in particular in CRM: Marketing Automation, Sales Automation or Customer Service.
  • Experience with a first-class CRM platform such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk.
  • Technically competent with various software programs.
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • A good level of English would be a must.
