Havas Media Group is part of the sixth largest communications group in the world. It is a media agency operating in over 100 countries. The group offers a wide range of services in the communications field, such as digital, mobile and direct marketing, among others. In Spain, Havas Media has nearly 900 employees.


Havas Media Group was facing the challenge of standardizing its sales processes in different offices around the world. They needed to obtain a real and comprehensive view of their sales activities without resorting to further research. Nor did they want to disrupt their sales representatives work on delivering pitches and finding new sales opportunities.
